I illustrated the concept of the play through the following: the three characters at the bottom of the screen are; married couple, Sidney and Myra Bruhl, and play writer Clifford Anderson. All three characters are jealous, greedy, individuals who fall into their own trap, and die while fighting for the script. Neighbor Helga, who doubles as a fortune teller, is controlling them all along, which is why the hands at the top belong to her. Sidney, Myra, and Clifford are the puppets in her scheme to claim the wildly successful script. The pattern of weapon silhouettes in the spot light are all weapons that were involved in the murders. I created this poster using Illustrator.
